Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Up & Away Adventures:
Up & Away Adventures accepts all the major of Credit Card and PayPal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Any cancellation must be made by the end of the month prior to the next shipping month to eliminate billing. For example, you must cancel by January 31st, to forgo being billed for February's subscription.
Countries are picked and sourced in advance based on festivals, celebrations, and country culture for all subscriptions. You do have the option of adding any past country that they have featured to your order by adding it individually to your shopping cart.
Up & Away Adventures do, Please go to their “contact them” page and give them your specifics and a phone number where they can reach out to you to discuss options.
After a suitcase order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email from tracking@shipstation.com. You may need to ensure that this email address is "whitelisted" so that these emails are not sent to your spam folder.
Orders will ship by the 20th of each shipping month and will normally take 3-5 days to arrive.
