VAVA accepts VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, and VISA Electron.
What is the shipping policy?
Orders will ship within 3-5 business days of processing payment unless noted at the time order is placed or you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through VAVA are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

They deliver within the United States.
Can I cancel the order?
They accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. They cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
What is the return policy?
They accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, they require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns). No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
When will I receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, they will email you a notification of receipt. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
