They gladly accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. For all accessories, they only offer a 7-day exchange & return policy. All items must be returned in their original selling condition, without having been destroyed or modified, and with all their tags still attached. Customised items cannot be returned.
In case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded by ViQure in case of returns.
