Voidu accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal.
Once you’re on the product page, right next to the game’s title, you’ll see little icons. These will tell you on what operating system the game can run and it may also tell you the distribution platform where the key must be activated. Make sure to check the game’s description for platform compatibility, as well.
Unfortunately, they are not responsible for any defects/technical issues of the game itself. Issues like low FPS, approach errors, in-game crashes, etc. are problems that the developers and/or publishers are responsible for.
First of all by definition, a pre-order is a way to make sure you get the product right after the release. Due to the popularity of certain games, retailers can quickly run out of stock. By placing a pre-order you're making sure that, no matter what, you'll get your copy of the game.
They are showing all their games according to your region and you cannot purchase a game outside of your region. But just in case, you should check the notice in their game's descriptions.
They do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product key is revealed.

When shopping at Voidu, the best offer for you will depend on your basket size and what you're buying. The headline offer is the 10% Off Sitewide voucher, which is great for anyone looking to save on their entire purchase. However, there are other fantastic deals available, especially if you're eyeing up sale items.
For most purchases, using the 10% Off Sitewide voucher will give you the biggest saving. This applies to your entire order, so the more you spend, the more you save. If for some reason you cannot use the sitewide code, the 5% Off Your Order voucher is a good alternative, offering a smaller but still welcome discount on your basket.
If you're looking for the absolute lowest prices, you should definitely check out the sale sections. Up to 90% Off Sale Products offers the most aggressive discounts on a range of items. For gamers specifically, there are also deals like Up to 75% Off Selected PC Games and Up to 60% Off on PC Games. These sale offers are automatically applied and do not require a code, so compare the final price in your basket to see which offers the best value.
For first-time shoppers, signing up for the Voidu newsletter can be a good starting point. While it doesn't offer an immediate discount, it keeps you informed about future promotions and special offers that might be relevant to your gaming purchases. This offer requires an account sign-in.
Remember, typically only one offer can be applied at checkout. It's always best to add your desired items to your basket and then test the available offers to see which one provides the greatest discount before completing your purchase.
