Please note that if you choose to do a one-time replacement for a particular pair, they can no longer process a refund or another replacement for it.
Alternatively, you may opt for a refund for your glasses if you cannot find an ideal replacement. You can return your glasses provided that your request is within 14 days from the time it was delivered to you. Refunds will not include your order's Express or International shipping fee. Refunds will strictly be returned via the original method of payment. Please contact your bank (or PayPal for PayPal transactions) if you wish to transfer your refund to a different account.
