Although extremely rare due to their strict quality control, sometimes mistakes do happen. If they send you a faulty product or the wrong order, you are entitled to a free remake. Please refer to their refund policy.

All issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. Frames must be returned within 30 days of receiving them in original condition. Any product returned after the allotted time is subject to a refund at their discretion. Overnight Glasses may ask you to send a scanned copy of your prescription or a digital picture of the product, in order to resolve any issue in the best possible manner. Before a replacement or refund is issued, Overnight Glasses must receive your original order back. Frames returned for a refund must be in original condition to receive a refund for the frame. Lenses are custom made and therefore final sale, are only eligible for a remake and cannot be refunded.
