When your box is shipped, they will send you an email with your tracking number. Keep this handy to see where your box is in its journey to you. If you lost the email, you can easily find your tracking info by logging into your account at www.yogaclub.com/account. From there, click “Membership Settings” and navigate to the Customer Love Center. From there, select “I want to find my Order & Shipping Information” and see where your package is.
If you have processed an exchange with them and are not happy with your replacement item, please contact them directly. Exchanges are final sales, but exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.
