What are my shipping options?
Shipping to the contiguous US, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands (NOT Alaska and Hawaii) is FREE for all orders over $75.00 and takes no more than 6 business days to be delivered, depending on where you live. Of course, if you can’t wait to get your Yummie on (they don’t blame you), there are speedier options available, such as 2-3 day or overnight delivery.
How can I check the status of my order?
Don’t worry, Yummie will keep you up to date. As soon as your order is placed, they will send you a confirmation email detailing what you ordered. You’ll then get an email when your order ships (which will contain the relevant tracking information), another one when it is out for delivery, and a final one when it has been delivered. You can also sign in to your account to see the status of your order anytime.
How can I update an order?
Since Yummie process and ship orders so quickly, if you need to change or cancel an order, please immediately contact their Customer Care Team directly at 888.986.6438 or email them at [email protected]
Their hours are 9 am to 9 pm EST Monday through Friday and Saturday & Sunday 1pm - 5pm EST (email & chat only). If you reach their voicemail or email them, please provide your order number and they will get back to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if an order has already been processed, they cannot change or cancel it. But don’t worry, you can always return items you no longer wish to keep as long as they were not Final Sale.
Can I exchange an item?
You sure can. The easiest way is through Yummie 24/7 returns portal that will give you the option to exchange your Yummie purchase for the same item of a different size or colour, or for any other style you prefer. They will email you an invoice to pay the $6.50 return shipping charge. If your exchange items cost more than your return items, they will also email you an invoice to pay the difference. If your exchange items cost less than your items, they will issue a refund for the difference to your original payment method. Instead of using their portal, you can also use the return form enclosed in your delivery package, filling in your exchange request on the form.
What is the return policy?
If you’re not absolutely in love with your Yummie purchase (it’s OK, it happens), you can return it within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping charges (C.O.D. Packages are not accepted). Feel free to re-use the packaging your order was shipped in for the return. You can obtain a $6.50 prepaid return label on their 24/7 portal and then simply drop your return package in your mailbox to send it on its way.
