To exchange an item, click here. You will be instructed to select the eligible item(s) you wish to exchange. Exchanges are only done for a different size or colour. To initiate exchange please select "EXCHANGE" when prompted for the return reason. You will not be charged for a return label when making an exchange.
If you received an item from Zobha.com as a gift, you can return it in exchange for online store credit. Please email returns@zobha.com with the order number, email associated with the order, or the first and last name of the person who purchased your gift.
