Before you order, you can see an estimate of shipping time for each item on their website. When you view the product page for an item, the delivery time will be listed in the pricing information. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before the order ships. The order will state "Confirming Availability" until the manufacturer provides them with the estimated shipping date. They will email you as soon as the order is confirmed and provide the estimated shipping date. They will also email tracking information as soon as the order has shipped.

Cancellations can be requested via phone with their Customer Service Team. Cancellations are done on a best efforts basis. If an order is too far in the process of shipping to stop, their standard return policy applies.
