You may return eligible unworn shoes, boots, and sandals in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items denoted as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.
Please allow 5-7 business days after their warehouse receives your return package for inspection and processing to be completed. Once your return has been approved your refund will typically appear on your credit card within 2-3 business days.
You can cancel or edit your order up to 40 minutes after placing it. Aerosoles regret that orders placed more than 40 minutes after order placement can no longer be canceled or modified due to system limitations.
