Guaranteed Reservations: Up to one calendar day before the reservation date, cancellations are permitted. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are free. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the pick-up time or if the reservation is not used.
Pay Now Reservation Cancellation Fee: Please keep in mind that you must produce the card used to prepay for the rental at the time of pick-up. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if a Pay Now reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours before the pick-up time. A $100 no-show fee will be charged if a Pay Now reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of pick-up or is not picked up at all. Without incurring a cancellation fee, any optional insurance or CDW product ordered at the time of reservation may be cancelled at the counter at the time of rental.
Accelerated Check-In: If you choose Accelerated Check-In in conjunction with Pay Now, you may be charged a cancellation fee. Otherwise, there is no charge for cancelling your reservation with Accelerated Check-In.

For daily rentals, there is usually a 29-minute grace time at brand rental locations in the United States and Canada. You will be charged for an additional day of rental if you return your vehicle 2 hours or more after it was borrowed the next day.
To rent a car, you must be at least 21 years old. If you are between the ages of 21 and 24, you may be charged a 'Youthful Surcharge' on your rental.
