You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your shoes are shipped. If for any reason you are concerned about your package, send them an email and they will get back to you as soon as they can.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please visit their return s centre to start a return. Please do not return any orders without using the returns centre first. They will accept any unworn items fully packaged within 30 days of your order date unless it is a sale item. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition, it was received. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging. Please note it can take 3 - 5 business days to process your return after your package has been received at their warehouse partner.
The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards).

Alterre ideal shoes, they merged their knowledge of footwear with ecological design. They created something that would go with all of their outfits, pack up a little for travel, and be comfortable to wear all day in their windowless studio. After searching for two years, they, at last, discovered a fair labour factory that supported their innovative idea and sustainable manufacturing objectives.
They were able to effectively introduce their first footwear line. Alterre is active in supporting female empowerment and donates 5% of profits from each purchase to Restore NY. Our donations help them provide long-term rehabilitation for survivors of sex trafficking in New York City.
