ApriaDirect stands behind the products they sell, and they want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you purchase. They know that sometimes a product may not meet your needs, or your needs may change. If this happens, you can follow the steps below to return the item to them and receive a no-hassle refund.
STEP 1. Click ‘Start Return’
Starting your return is simple. Click on ‘START RETURN’ at the bottom of the page and fill in the information requested. Remember – it is important that you start this process within the 30-day time frame for refunds. Once ApriaDirect has the information they need, they will provide you with a shipping label. This allows you to return the package for a flat fee of just $10, plus any applicable taxes.
STEP 2. Drop off your package at any FedEx location
ApriaDirect needs to receive your package within 30 days of the original shipment date to issue a full refund. Place the return label on the package you will be returning and drop off at any FedEx location. Please note - it is best to drop off your package with FedEx as soon as possible to ensure proper time for transit and return processing.
STEP 3. Receive your refund!
Once ApriaDirect receives your returned package, they will verify a few details before refunding the full purchase price, less $10 return fee and any applicable taxes. Your refund will be issued to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase. You should receive the refund within 5-7 days of your package arriving to ApriaDirect’s facility.
A Few Items To Note:
- ApriaDirect does not take responsibility for items lost in transit.
- ApriaDirect is unable to accept returns to their Apria Healthcare branches or offices.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. The $10 return fee and any applicable taxes will be deducted from your refund.
I purchased a product that included a risk-free trial. Can I return it?
ApriaDirect offers risk-free trials for certain products for a limited period of time. If you are not satisfied with one of the products within the risk-free trial period, you can return the item for a full refund.
I have opened the box and/or used the product. Can I return it?
To ensure the quality and integrity of the products ApriaDirect sells, they cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been opened or used. Please see below for clarification of “opened” and “used”:
“Opened” products: The product has been removed from the original product packaging. This does not include the packaging in which the product was shipped (like shipping boxes) but does include the product packaging and any shrink-wrap.
“Used” products: A product has been used if usage hours are present on a machine or a product shows any signs of use or damage.
Defective products
If a product you purchased from ApriaDirect arrived broken, missing parts, or if the product is malfunctioning or defective, they want to make this right. Simply follow the return steps mentioned above to begin the return/exchange process.
When you return a product still covered by a warranty, you will not be liable for the cost of shipping and to make things simple, ApriaDirect will provide you with a shipping label.
If you would simply like to exchange the defective item, ApriaDirect will ship out an exact replacement at no additional cost to you. If you prefer to return your defective item for a refund and the product is still under the manufacturer’s warranty period, they will be happy to work with the manufacturer to obtain a full refund for you. Please note, the refund decision does lie with the manufacturer in this case.
