Arrive Outdoors ship orders via FedEx to arrive by your first reservation date by 8 pm. That way you are able to open the package to ensure all items are there and in good condition. If anything is missing and/or damaged, please contact them immediately.

Arrive Outdoors understand that sometimes your plans change. Cancel or submit changes to your order at least 7 days prior to the first day of your rental to receive a full refund. If the gear has already shipped and left their warehouse, a refund is not available.

Arrive Outdoors cover shipping both ways. Please postmark and return gear the day after your order completion date to avoid any late fees. Just use the included prepaid return shipping label, pack the gear back into the original box. Drop everything off at any authorized FedEx or affiliate, drop box, or schedule a FedEx pickup.

Unfortunately, they cannot offer refunds for an early return. The original rental fee will apply.

Place your items back in the box they were shipped in and adhere to the free included return label. Drop off your box at any FedEx or a FedEx affiliated shipping location by 11:59 PM on your return date (selected at reservation). They will let you know via email when your order is received at their warehouse.
