They ship to PO boxes using their startard shipping option, which will be delivered by USPS. If you have a street address and a PO Box, please make sure to use your PO Box address when using standard shipping. Currently, they are unable to ship to any FPO/APO addresses but they hope to offer this service in the near future.

Custom items ship per the timelines as noted on their product page, at checkout, and in your order confirmation email.

Merchandise, unless marked as final sale or otherwise noted, can be returned for a full refund to your original form of payment within 30 days of purchase.

Products must be returned unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Gift sets must be returned in their entirety to be eligible for a refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Merchandise eligible for return will arrive with a prepaid return label. When returning your merchandise, please pack unworn items in their original packaging and include your original invoice. If you cannot find your invoice, please include a printout of your order confirmation email. Without this information, they will not be able to process your return. Please pack your return with care. Items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Please allow up to 20 days for your package to arrive and for their Returns Department to refund your original form of payment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation of your refund; however, you will not be notified via email when their Returns Department receives your return. Please refer to your return tracking for this information.

At this time, they do not offer exchanges. If you would like to send your eligible item back as a return, you can then place a new order for the desired item on their site.
