Bergdorf Goodman is an online retailer that is open 24/7

You can speak to Bergdorf Goodman 7 Days a week: 6:00am to Midnight Central Time.

What makes Bergdorf Goodman stands above other similar online retailers is their brilliant customer service. They put their customers as a top priority. Their team responds as quickly as possible and through various platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Email. Whatever your inquiry is, Bergdorf Goodman is always there to help you!

Bergdorf Goodman currently has a 15% off coupon for your first app order, and that is the lead offer on the page. The 15% off coupon at the top of this page is aimed at shoppers placing their first order in the Bergdorf Goodman app; it is the simplest immediate saving for new app customers. For larger carts there are site offers that may save more, notably a $3000 gift card promotion on very large orders and several sale deals up to 65% off.

Small fashion or accessories orders under $150: use the 15% off coupon at the top of this page if you are placing your first order in the app. For example, on a $120 order of new season clothing, the 15% off coupon takes $18 off, leaving $102. The newsletter signup also offers 15% off a first order, but the lead app coupon applies only to first app orders and cannot be used with other offers.

Orders that hit free shipping but are not first app orders: if you are not eligible for the first app coupon, aim for the free shipping code on purchases over $150. Since a shipping charge is not stated, this saves whatever the carrier would have charged; it only applies when your merchandise total exceeds $150 and must be redeemed with the free shipping promo at checkout.

Sale items and new season sale: if the item itself is in the new season sale, that 25% off applies to sale styles. For sale merchandise compare 25% off the marked price with any app first order saving you might have; the app coupon cannot be used with other offers, so you cannot stack the 15% app coupon on top of the 25% sale price. For a $1,000 sale item, 25% off reduces the price to $750, a $250 saving, which is larger than the 15% app saving of $150 on the same price.

Very large purchases over $20,000: use the $3000 gift card offer, which requires spending over $20,000. For example, on a $22,000 order the $3000 gift card reduces the effective cost to $19,000, a $3,000 benefit. The $3000 gift card cannot be combined with other offers and is aimed at site orders over that threshold.

Buying marked price bargains (up to 65% off, items from $55, $65, $24, etc.): the sale tag price is already discounted. The up to 65% off items show the final price as marked; compare that marked price with any coupon you hold, remembering most codes cannot be combined with sale pricing.

Our records show 203 offers for Bergdorf Goodman in the 12 months to October 2026, 163 of them codes and 40 sales and deals. Only three percentage codes appeared in that period, the biggest being 40% off, and our team ran 167 checkout tests across 163 offers in that 12 month window, with 89 screenshot proofs kept.

When choosing, work out the total price both ways and take whichever leaves the lower total. The app 15% coupon is the go to for first app orders under the big sale thresholds; for marked down sale merchandise take the stated sale price if it is the lower total; for spend above $20,000 use the $3000 gift card offer. The terms state these offers cannot be used in conjunction, so do not combine them unless the offer terms explicitly allow it.
