You can track your order yourself by following these steps:
Sign in to your My Account page
Select on "Order History"
Select your order number. The tracking number(s) for your order should be shown.
To extend your BiggerBooks rental:
Sign in to your BiggerBooks account.
Choose "Manage Rentals/Returns" from your My Account.
Select the green "Manage or Return My Rental" button.
Select the green "Extend or Purchase My Rental" button.
Under “Purchase or Add Days” you can choose to extend between 15, 30, 60, 90 or 130 days from your original due date.
To complete the extension, choose your billing address and enter your payment information then click the “Continue” button.
Review your rental extension order and then click “Place Order”.
They cannot guarantee your rental or used textbook will come with any supplemental materials. This could include CDs, access codes, access cards, flashcards, or study guides, etc. If extra/supplementary materials are included, they can't promise they have not already been used. If you know that you will need extra materials for your class, it's best to purchase the book brand new.
To return your BiggerBooks rental for your due date:
Sign in to your BiggerBooks account.
Choose "Manage Rentals/Returns".
Select the green "Manage or Return My Rental" button.
Next, choose the green “Ship My Rental Return for Free” button.
Select the rental(s) you would like to return and click "Print Label & Complete Return" to generate and print your packing slip and prepaid UPS shipping label.
Place the packing slip inside the box and affix the prepaid UPS shipping label to the outside of the box.
Take the package to a UPS store to be shipped back to their warehouse by the due date. They do not recommend using a UPS drop box as these may not regularly be picked up.
