Melissa & Doug’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. This email contains your package tracking number and the parcel carrier handling your shipment. You’ll be able to track your package by clicking on a button in that email. Go to Order History, then Order Details to find information on the shipping method and the tracking number. International taxes, tariffs, and value-added tax (VAT) are figured into your final total during checkout. Note that foreign exchange rates are calculated by Borderfree and are updated daily. Duties, customs tariffs, taxes, and VAT amounts are set by the destination country, and are determined and guaranteed by Borderfree during checkout.

Not 100% in love with your product purchased from MelissaAndDoug.com? Your happiness is their mission. After receiving your product, you have 90 days to return it, as long as it’s in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging. You'll also need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (more on that below). Please note that they currently do not offer gift exchanges.

For returns, they’ll gladly refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. There are no restocking fees. (Please see conditions below.)
