With your subscription, you can download images of any available size. This includes small, medium, large and x-large JPG files as well as vector files in AI or EPS format. The Extended License is not available with your subscription as subscriptions only cover images under the Standard Content Usage Agreement.
You can re-download images you've purchased for free and there is no time limit. Please refer to your My Downloads and click "re-download" to start your download.
No, When an image is licensed under a subscription plan, you may continue to use them in accordance with the terms of their Standard Content Usage Agreement. The license does not expire even if you choose to discontinue your subscription service.
Bigstock do not provide refunds on subscription plans.
You can cancel your free trial anytime from your account. Be sure to respond to each prompt that is presented to ensure the cancellation goes through. You will see a cancellation confirmation on your screen when it is completed. Once the free trial is cancelled, the trial period comes to an end.
