If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact them at mail or via phone within 2 days of receiving the package. They will replace the damaged item upon availability.
International customers may return merchandise by any trackable shipping method at their own expense. However, Black Halo recommends using UPS. Kindly email their customer care department at their mail with your tracking information to ensure prompt service. Packages must be returned prepaid, including duties.
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved by their quality control team, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
