All merchandise purchased from the Bass Pro Catalog Outlet Store located at 2011 S Campbell Avenue in Springfield, MO must be returned directly to this retail location. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If your return is due to receiving damaged or defective merchandise or a mistake they made on your order they will gladly waive the fee for the use of any prepaid return label or reimburse you for return shipping expenses for standard ground shipping through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
