Cape Robbin accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover Card, Diners Club, JCB, Union Pay and PayPal.

They ship internationally. Customers will be required to pay for duty and shipping fee and responsible for customs clearance.

They provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. They will not be responsible if packages are stolen or lost if marked as delivered on shipping carrier sites.

They also offer shipping insurance at a small fee, you will receive a separate email for terms and claim procedures if your packages are damaged, lost or stolen during transit.

A $9.99 return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to their facility by their provider under the same label for any reason such as the wrong address. Shipping is not refundable if the address is incorrect.

Cape Robbin offers 30-day return policy, all orders can be requested for return within 30 days after receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please print out the receipt or proof of purchase.

They currently don't accept international returns.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact them immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that they can evaluate the issue and make it right.

They will notify you once they’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
