Simply contact them via customer service and let them know you’d like a refund. No refunds are provided more than 60 days following your first purchase. Refunds are only offered on the very first purchase (whether it's one-time or subscription). Refund limit is 2 bags per household. This policy applies to new purchases on or after July 7, 2017.
