At this time, they ship to U.S. addresses. They do not ship to Puerto Rico. For those that live outside of the USA, please contact them and they can help you find an online retailer that carries Country Life.

They normally ship orders within 2 business days of receipt. All orders placed today will process the next business day. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within refund the United States.

Customers may return unopened merchandise purchased from Country Life store within 30 days of purchase. When accompanied by the packing slip the customer will receive the refund in the original form of payment.

One of their customer care representatives will be happy to respond. Please provide your name, order number, and the item number that was damaged and they will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced immediately.
