Is Curology available internationally?
No, Curology available only within the United States.
Can I change my delivery address?
It’s important to keep your address updated so your shipments arrive at the right place on time. Update your address* at any time on your dashboard, or by notifying their Curology Success team. When updating your info, be sure to make changes at least two full business days before your next shipment date.
Important: Once a shipment gets processed, you can’t make any updates to your address or subscription plan for that shipment. If your shipment is in transit to an incorrect address, reach out to USPS directly. They can help forward this shipment to you.

What is the Curology refund policy?
You are eligible for a complete refund of all money paid to Curology for the first 90 days’ supply of your subscription plan, subject to the exceptions below. The 90 day supply of your subscription includes the one month trial and the following two month supply of products, including any shipping and handling charges. You must contact hello@curology.com to cancel your subscription and request a refund at any time on or before the 90th day after the completion of your treatment plan, including the day the consultation is completed. Returning patients signing up for our service again are not eligible for a refund. Note, that purchases made via “Buy Now” are not eligible for a refund.
Additionally, they do not accept returns in exchange for a refund.
