If you are not satisfied with your custom curtains and want to return within the 30 days after receiving the order, they could only give you a partial refund that is 70% of your order price.
Once your return is received and inspected, they will email you a notification of receipt. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
