No Duster ships within the US.
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once shipped you should receive your order within 3-7 business days, unless Expedited Shipping is selected at checkout. Delivery times can vary based on your shipping destination.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact their customer service team at orders@shopduster.com. Depending on when the order is placed, they may or may not be able to change or cancel it.
In order to return an item, please visit their Returns & Exchanges page in the footer of the website. You will be prompted to start a return or exchange. Shipping labels will automatically be generated once the return request is submitted.
They offer exchanges on their website for domestic customers only. Please visit the Returns and Exchanges page on their website, which can be accessed through the footer.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund. Any return requested after 30 days will be denied. All merchandise returned must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags intact. They reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet their return policy requirements.
Returns can take up to 10 business days after delivery for their e-commerce warehouse to process. Once your return is received at their warehouse, you will be refund within 72 hours of delivery. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed. A credit will post to your statement within 2β7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
