That code is best if you are buying marked down clearance pieces where an additional 60% comes off the clearance price. If you are buying full price items or a larger mixed order, the sitewide 40% off code or the various up to 86% sale prices may give the bigger saving.
Small clearance buy (single or few clearance items): If you are buying only clearance items, use the extra 60% off voucher at the top of this page because it takes 60% off the clearance price. For example, on a clearance piece priced $50, the extra 60% off voucher takes 60% off, leaving $20, so you pay $20 and save $30.
Small full price buy (single non sale item under $60): If the item is full price and not in sale, the 40% off code applies and usually beats any marked price deals that do not apply to full price. For a $50 full price top, the 40% off code takes 40% off, so you pay $30 and save $20.
Mixed basket under $125 containing both clearance and full price: Compare item by item. The extra 60% off voucher only drops clearance items by 60%; the 40% off code reduces every eligible item by 40%. If most of your spend is on clearance pieces, the extra 60% off voucher will usually save more. If most of your spend is on full price pieces, the 40% off code will usually save more.
Larger order or mostly full price items (over $125): For big baskets of full price and non clearance sale items, the 40% off code often gives the largest total saving because it applies to the whole order. Also orders over $125 get free US standard shipping, with no code required, so factor that into the total.
When the site has marked sale items up to 86% off or designer drops: If an item already has a large sale tag such as up to 85% or up to 86% off, those prices as marked can be lower than what the 40% code would produce on a full price item. For selected items the price as marked will be the best option; the extra 60% off voucher applies only to clearance items and the 40% code requires use at checkout, so check the final cart totals to see which is lower.
Deals by price bands: Use the under $60 dresses, under $40 tops, under $55 bottoms, $29 styled pieces and $25 from deals when your aim is an individual piece at those price points because those prices are as marked and require no code. The extra 60% off voucher and the 40% off code cannot be assumed to reduce those marked prices further unless the product is in clearance and the terms allow it.
When choosing between offers, calculate the final total for your exact cart and take the option that gives the lower total. The extra 60% off voucher should be used on clearance pieces to get 60% off the clearance price; the 40% off code is the go to for broad savings across non clearance items. Free US standard shipping applies automatically on orders over $125.

Sometimes their warehouse processing takes a bit longer than expected which may affect your shipping date. This doesn't impact your delivery date, however.
Just a reminder – their delivery time frame should be 5-7 business days.
If you don’t get your package in the next three business days, contact them.
Sometimes tracking information shows as “not found” if the shipping label does not scan properly. If it has been more than 20 business days since you’re expected delivery date, contact them. They will issue you a credit and gladly re-order your item for you.
Please place a new order on their website and return the incorrect item using the instructions on the back of the packing slip. Or, call them toll-free at 1-(844)-693-5678. They'll issue a credit for the incorrect item to the original credit card, and charge your card for the correct item once it's shipped.
If an item is missing from your package but listed on the packing slip as shipped, it may have shipped separately or be back-ordered. Check your Order Status. If the item is not back-ordered, please email them or call them toll-free at 1-844-693-5678.
Returns take about two weeks to process—including transit time to their warehouse.
Once they receive your return, they try to process it within two business days. Refunds back to your payment method vary depending on your provider, but generally take three days to post.
Once your return has been processed, it will be listed as returned- along with the date it was processed. Check the order status.
If you're a registered user or gave your email address to them over the phone, they’ll send a return received email once they’ve received your return—and a second email once they’ve processed it.
Final sale items will not be refunded.
