Shopping for outlet items: If you're browsing Endura's outlet sales section, you may find discounts of up to 50% on selected cycling gear and apparel. This outlet offer runs until 30 September 2026 and will significantly outpace the 3% code on sale stock, so check whether the items you want are marked as outlet products before applying any code.
Small baskets under $100: The 3% code works on any qualifying items at any spend level, so it's your best option for a small purchase—say a $50 order for accessories or a single piece of clothing—where it will save you $1.50. Don't wait to spend $100 to qualify for free shipping if you're ready to buy now and need the item sooner.
Baskets of $100 or more: Once your order reaches $100, free shipping becomes available at no extra discount code needed. For a $150 basket of non-outlet items, the 3% code saves you $4.50, while free shipping saves you whatever the standard delivery fee would be—typically $10 to $20 depending on your location. Calculate your normal shipping cost and compare; if it's more than $4.50, the free shipping deal is the better choice.
Combining outlet sales with free shipping: If you've found outlet items totaling $100 or more, the 50% outlet discount applies directly to the sale price, and you'll qualify for free shipping on top. You cannot stack the 3% code with the outlet offer, so in this case you're already getting the larger saving through the sale itself, plus you avoid the delivery fee.
Newsletter subscribers: New customers can sign up to Endura's newsletter to access additional special offers. If you're shopping for the first time, it's worth checking your email after signup before deciding between the code, the outlet sale, and free shipping—the newsletter may provide a better deal than the standalone 3% code.

You may return new, unworn or unused products which you wish to exchange or return within thirty (30) days from the date on which the goods were shipped to you. Where you wish to exchange a product, please note that you will only be able to exchange with a product of the same or less value than the original item you wish to exchange.
Please note: your right to exchange or return products is separate from your statutory right to cancel your order or to reject faulty goods (see below).
If you are a customer, in addition to their Returns or Exchange Procedure, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Payments) Regulations 2013 – you also have fourteen (14) days (beginning the day after receipt of the goods) to cancel your purchase order.
If you are returning goods for exchange or return, there will be no additional delivery charge. In the case of returns, you will only be refunded the value of the goods ordered. They will only pay the return costs and subsequent re-delivery costs if you use their free returns label via their chosen courier or if the return is a result of their error or the goods are faulty.
If the goods are faulty, you have a short term right to reject the faulty goods within 30 days of delivery. If the product is covered under the 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, the right to reject extends to within 90 days of delivery. If you do not exercise this right, you have a right to the repair or replacement of the faulty goods and, if such the repair or replacement is inadequate, you have a right to reject the goods and obtain a full refund.
