• Jenson does not offer exchanges. Customers should please submit their return and place a new order.
• Returns take 10-14 days to process from the time Jenson have received a customer’s package. Refunds take 7-10 business days to process. This may vary depending on a customer’s financial institution and may take up to one billing cycle to be reflected on their statement.
