This code takes 25% off most purchases and is the simplest choice if you want a single discount across the whole cart. If you are buying at-home lab tests specifically, the 30% off tests code can save you more on those items, but it is limited to selected products and is website only.
Small orders under $50: for small wellness items or single accessories, use the 25% off sitewide code. It applies across the site and will typically give the largest absolute saving on low value carts compared with the 20% codes. The newsletter signup is worth considering only if you are a first time subscriber and comfortable receiving marketing emails, but it does not show a fixed saving amount here so the code is usually better.
Moderate orders $50 to $150: use the 25% off sitewide code unless your cart is made up of at-home lab tests that are included in the selected products for the 30% code. No, you should not discontinue any of your current medications or supplements. Instead, make sure to include your medication and supplement history in any questionnaires that may be included in your test kit. Please note that some test kits do not have questionnaires therefore medication history is not needed for those tests. If you have questions about a specific medication, please email contact@everlywell.com and they'll gladly answer any questions.
Each laboratory they use to help you get tested is CLIA-certified, which means they must meet or exceed high precision, accuracy, and validity standards, obtain both state and federal certifications, and submit themselves to regular inspections as well as independent third-party performance verifications. These labs perform regular quality assurance testing and are often the same lab's many physicians use to perform their testing. At this time, they do not currently offer testing to minors. This is because they aren't able to irrefutably validate the guardianship of that minor. Everlywell and their Physician Network take those matters very seriously and as a result of it not being possible for them to confidently verify that guardianship, they cannot offer their testing for anyone under the age of 18.
