How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order number. You will receive another email when your order ships, and another when your order is delivered.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Where is my refund?
When a refund has been issued, Pureganic will send confirmation of that refund. It can take 7-10 business days to clear with your bank once they have been processed by Pureganic. Please note, Pureganic does not hold your funds or delay processing once a refund has been initiated, and they have no control over how long it will take for your funds to become available to you. Please contact your credit card company.
