If you wish to return the item, you can contact customs and request for the item be returned and they must be provided back with a tracking number. After they receive the item back in their warehouse, they can issue a refund, minus the initial cost of shipping.
Once your return is received in their warehouse, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 3-5 business days after your return is processed. BulbHead will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the full purchase price (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees). They must be provided back with a tracking number for the return.
You may cancel your purchase within 2 hours (120 minutes), from the time of the original purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment. After the 12 hours window, has been reached, your order should be fulfilled and on its way to your shipping destination. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been packaged for shipping, expired the 2 hours threshold or are in shipped/fulfilled status. These timeframes are estimates and may be subject to changes at any time, as their system is automated and the fulfilment inquiry may have been sent under the 120 mins timeframe.
To cancel an order, please contact BulbHead Customer Care toll-free at 1-832-981-3820. For your convenience, Customer Care is open Mon - Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AST.

BulbHead offers several codes that take money off your order. The featured $10 off sitewide code at the top of this page is the best choice for most shoppers, though higher spending customers may save more with the 10% off code depending on their basket total.
Small orders under $100. The $10 off sitewide code works well here. On a $50 order, for example, you get $10 off and pay $40. The $5 off code saves less, and the 10% off code leaves you with less discount since 10% of $50 is only $5.
Orders from $100 to around $200. The $10 off sitewide code still applies, bringing a $150 order down to $140. The 10% off code starts to compete here. On that same $150 order, 10% off saves $15, leaving you with $135. The 10% code pulls ahead once your basket reaches $100.
Orders of $200 or more. The 10% off code becomes the stronger choice. On a $200 order, for example, 10% off saves $20, bringing your total to $180, compared to the $10 sitewide code which leaves you at $190. At $300, the 10% off code saves $30 versus the flat $10 discount.
Specific products on sale. BulbHead is running a separate 50% discount on the Atomic Beam Glove and a 33% off deal on the Horsepower Unicorn Toilet Brush. These sale prices stand alone and cannot be combined with the codes, so they apply as marked. If the glove or brush are items you need, check whether the sale price beats what you would pay after applying the 10% off code to your full order.
Multiple item purchases. When you buy 2 items from BulbHead, you get an additional 10% off selected products. If you are adding 3 packs to your cart, you also qualify for a free mystery gift.
Orders over $50. You receive free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more, regardless of which code you use.
To get the best price, compare what you save with the $10 off sitewide code against the 10% off code using your actual basket total. The 10% off code pulls ahead on orders above $100, but confirm it applies to the items you are buying, as exclusions do apply. Choose whichever code leaves you with the lower final price.
