From the At-Home section of your closet, click on "Buy Item" below the image of the item you're interested in. If you agree to the price shown, confirm the purchase. They will charge the card you have on file with them, and the item is all yours. They then move the item to your history section and start processing your next shipment.

Gwynnie Bee strive to ship your package within 2-3 days from the time they receive your returns or from the time you notify them using the Return Notify feature. Items ship via USPS Priority Mail/ DHL and take 1-4 business days for delivery, in most cases.

There are two ways to maximize the number of items you receive:

• Gwynnie Bee suggest maintaining a full Closet for continued shipment. The more items they have to select from, the faster they can ship them to you.

• Use their Return Notification feature. It notifies us that items are on their way back to us so they can begin processing of your next box.

Clothing gets snagged, spills find shirts, and hems fall out. It's completely expected and you will NOT be held accountable for normal wear and tear that occurs.
