The 10% promo code is best when the items you want are not already reduced; the site sales are usually better when the products you want appear in those selections.
Small orders of full price items: If you are buying non sale items totaling a modest amount, use the 10% off promo code. For example, on a $50 order of full price bedding, the code takes 10% off ($5 percent), leaving $45, a saving of $5.
Larger orders of full price items: The code still applies across your whole cart and scales with spend. For a $200 order of full price items, the code takes 10% off ($20 percent), leaving $180, a saving of $20. Use the promo code at checkout for this saving.
Buying items marked in the 20% off selected products sale: The 20% sale price is shown on the product pages and applies without a code. If the items you want are included, the 20% off sale usually saves more than the 10% promo. For example, on a product originally $200 that is in the 20% sale, the site price is $160, a saving of $40, which is better than the $20 saved by the 10% code on the original price.
Buying items from clearance or “up to 60% or up to 80% off” sales: These are selected items and the reduced price is already shown. Many clearance items with 60% or 80% off will beat the 10% code. If an item is listed at the clearance price, take the reduced price on the product page; the code is for non sale use and does not improve an already reduced price unless terms on checkout allow stacking.
Buying a Swaddlestretch: There is a specific $5 off deal for Swaddlestretch, valid on sale styles. If a Swaddlestretch costs $25 at full price, the $5 off deal reduces it to $20, a saving of $5; the 10% code on a $25 item would save $2.50, so the $5 off is better when it applies.

To make a return, simply contact their customer service team and provide your name, order number and the items you’d like to return. They will then assist you in completing the process.
The undesired items must be sent back to them within 14 days of the return authorisation date for a full refund. If the items arrive damaged or not in sellable condition, they will refund you the amount of less £2.42 per said item.
Once they receive the returned item, they will issue a refund to the original purchase payment method within 10-14 working days.
