Unfortunately, Havenly is unable to provide design and/or ordering services to international residents at this time.

When you proceed to the checkout page, you will have the option to upgrade from standard shipping. By default, orders are placed using standard shipping methods from sellers (lowest cost option). You can request to upgrade your shipping services when possible. Upgrade shipping services typically deliver items into your room of choice, perform light assembly, and dispose of the packaging materials. This is recommended when purchasing large furniture pieces and only applies to oversized furniture items.

Select Havenly sellers offer in-store pick up on a limited range of items. If you have found an item on your shopping list that qualifies for this, do let them know. On the checkout page, there will be a box for you to input any relevant shipping or delivery requests (optional). They are happy to arrange in-store pickup on your behalf as part of the Havenly ordering service, so just drop them a note and they will see what is possible.

Please follow these steps to initiate a return for your item(s):

1. Log in to your Havenly Account

Click on your name in the upper right corner

2. Click "My Orders"

3. Scroll down to find your order, click “View” to see your order details

4. Find the item you are looking to return and click " Return"

5. A pop-up window will appear. Please select the appropriate reason for the return, specify the quantity and upload images, if applicable. Images are required for items arriving damaged/defective and items that do not fit in your space.

6. Hit Submit.

7. Havenly specialized returns team will be in touch within 1-2 business days regarding the next steps.

Please follow these steps to initiate a cancellation for your item(s):

1. Log in to your Havenly Account

2. Click on your name in the upper right corner

3. Click "My Orders"

4. Scroll down to find your order, click “view” to see your order details

5. Find the item you are looking to cancel and click Cancel

6. Select the reason code for cancellation

7. Hit Submit

*Please note: Once you have placed your order, their team will begin processing it within one or two hours. Once the order is in processing, you are unable to cancel item/s and the “Cancel” option will no longer be available.
