Once you have placed an online order, they are unable to cancel. However, the order can be returned once it’s received, and the purchaser will receive a full refund.
Part of their commitment to a hassle-free shopping experience includes a free, simple return and exchange privilege for all orders (including APO/FPO orders).
For 3o days: They want you to feel the love with your Helzberg purchase. So if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, they’ll happily offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Simply return your purchase in unworn, new condition*, along with the receipt, and any physical grading reports that came with the item. Watches must also include the original packaging and manufacturer’s warranty documents (please refer to Watch Assurance Plan).
Once your order has been received at Head Office, Helzberg will issue the appropriate refund. Helzberg aim to do this within 48 hours of receipt, however during busy periods this can sometimes take longer.
