What is the payment method?
OpenSky accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal.
Is OpenSky available Worldwide?
Unfortunately, OpenSky is not available Worldwide. OpenSky is available to United State only.
My credits disappeared, what should I do?
Credits have expiration dates, which represent Eastern Time. You can always check the expiration date of your Credits by mousing over the sale tag icon near your account settings at the top right-hand corner of your top navigation. However they run Credit events all the time, so keep your eye open for the next time they run a Credit event to be sure to use up your available Credits.
How do I know if you’ve received my order?
You can check the status of your order under the Orders section of your account profile. Once your purchase is complete you’ll also receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, contact their Customer Love team and they’ll assist you.
How do I return or exchange something?
You can return or exchange eligible items up to 14 days from the date your order was delivered as long as products are in a resalable condition. Items must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed and undamaged) with all the packaging intact.
Will I be able to get a refund?
Refunds are processed back the original payment form used to complete your purchase. Refunds are processed within 7 days of the item being delivered.
If my item is defective or I was sent you the wrong item?
You may return the product within 14 days regardless of the category of the product. In the unlikely event, something of this nature happens, please let them know using the Contact us page on their site and they will correct the issue or refund your purchase. They will refund the price of the product, as well as any shipping and handling charges paid, within 7 days of when the return is delivered back to the merchant. Any applicable replacement shipments may be processed for payment and shipping separately.
