To make an exchange for different size/colour of your purchased product, please return your purchase within 14 days for refund, and place a new order for the preferred product. Please make sure your returning product(s) must meet IFCHIC return policy to ensure full refund.

To return or exchange, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return number. Requests received after 14 days will not be accepted.
