Order cancellations must be made over the phone before noon PST. Order cancellations made after 12 o'clock will result in shipping charges and cannot be stopped from being shipped.

Except in cases where Ink4lessmade a mistake with your order, the original shipping fee will not be reimbursed. The buyer assumes all risk of loss for the returned goods during transportation, as well as the cost of return shipping and insurance. For returns of Compatible and Remanufactured products, Ink4less offers a 30-day return guarantee from the date of the original order.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result of customer error, the customer replaces the printer, or the product is no longer needed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
