Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Use this to follow your package's journey to you. Very rarely, USPS preemptively marks packages delivered. If your package has been marked delivered by USPS but isn’t there yet, they ask that you give it a day or two. You can always reach out to your local post office or mail carrier. They’re a friendly and helpful bunch.
Unfortunately, package theft is a very real problem. They know this all too well. Sadly, though, they can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. USPS Priority Mail is insured up to $100. A claim can easily be filed online after 15 days from the original delivery date.
That being said, they really want you to get your stuff and enjoy it. If you do not receive your package, please reach out to orders@jennylemons.com, and they will do their darndest to help you.
