JupiterBike ships within the US only.
Cancellation of Orders. You may cancel an order by contacting them via email or telephone, or per the Contact them section. Cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a response from their customer support team.
Due to the speed at which they process orders (as quickly as possible) they will attempt but cannot guarantee that they will be able to cancel your order. After you have placed an order, they cannot change it, including for size or color reasons. Please make your selections carefully and reach out to their team for guidance to ensure you are choosing the right item.
Orders which have already been shipped (you have received a tracking number) cannot be changed or cancelled. Please see their Returns and Exchanges Policy below for return terms and instructions to send an order back for a refund, if desired.
They accept returns within 90 days of original ship date as long as the item is in the original sealed product box, unopened, and undamaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns. They may elect to not accept or authorize return of products that are not in their unopened, original packaging, or have been altered or modified with third-party or aftermarket parts or components.
They try to process all orders placed on their website within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are shipped via ground shipping method and average delivery times are 1-2 business days for East Coast, 3-4 days for Midwest, and 5-6 days for West Coast. Free shipping available on select US product orders. The Tempo and Rogue Electric Bikes may ship via Truck Freight due to their large size. The carrier may need to contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please be sure to leave the best contact phone number for them to reach you.
