All returns must be sent back to their warehouse within 10 days of customer receipt. Any returns received after that time period will be shipped back to the customer. The products must be returned in new condition with their original packaging (box, tags attached, etc). You must ship the products including the shoes and the shoe box in a bag or another box (and not use the shoe box as the shipping box.) Otherwise, they can't sell the products and they will have to charge a 50% restocking fee.
Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number allowing you to check your package status.
