Your kit will arrive the night before your first rental day. If that happens to be a weekend or a holiday it will arrive the day before that. They do their best to ensure your kit is available to you by the time you're ready to tackle your adventure!

Deliveries are made the day before your selected date and will arrive by 8 pm the day before your first rental day. Make sure to let your hotel know that you will be expecting a package. They will provide tracking information so you can see when your package is out for delivery. If you don't see it right away check with your front desk or concierge. Sometimes it gets moved to a back office or mail room. If you have any concerns, call them at 1-888-473-3111 and talk with a real live person in Vermont who’ll be happy to help you out.

Kit Lender track every returned item, and as long as you drop your kit in the mail on the agreed-upon return date (by noon the day after your last rental day) you'll be good to go. They understand that sometimes things happen, so they will contact you before ever charging your card.

If you do have issues returning your KIT on time please let them know. Kit Lender will work with you for extenuating circumstances but they need to know so that Kit Lender can adjust their inventory and make sure all their future guest have what was promised to them.
