Kultur accepts VISA, Mastercard and PayPal.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submit your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. They will ship your order shortly after they receive payment from you.

Backordered items are those whose suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, they will be able to ship the item to you. Kultur strives to keep 100% availability on all titles. In the case of preordered new releases, the titles will ship for delivery on their respective release dates.

• Must be made within 30 days of the shipment-invoice date. They reserve the right to refuse all other returns.

• Kultur do not accept returns for a product not purchased directly through their site.

• Unopened Selections (outer wrap and outer seal are intact) can be returned for a credit of the invoiced amount less the original shipping & processing charges. In other words, you must return them at your expense and they will not refund or adjust any shipping and processing charges incurred from the original shipment.
