On a smaller basket under $120 from the sale: The 20% off last chance sale prices apply automatically, so you save money on whichever items you choose without any extra steps at checkout.
On a basket over $120 from the sale: You get the automatic 20% off last chance sale prices, and free shipping on top. On a $150 order of sale items, for example, the 20% discount brings you to $120, and free shipping then applies, saving you both the markup and the delivery fee.
If you are a new customer and want to shop full price items: Sign up to the newsletter and get 20% off your first purchase instead of paying full price. This works well when you do not want to wait for sale items or need something that is not in the last chance section.

All orders placed after 8:30 am PST, Monday through Thursday will leave their warehouse the following afternoon. All orders placed after 8:30 am PST on Friday through 8:30 am PST on Monday will ship out of their warehouse on Monday. Please be sure to calculate expedited shipping accordingly.
The easiest way to check the status of an order is to click the link for "ORDER REFERENCE" in your Order Confirmation email. The subject line of this email would be "Your order has been received". Once submitted, you will find all the information you need.
