Your order will be shipped in a neutral box to protect your shipment from theft. Your order will be wrapped in tissue paper and packed in special MCM paper bags or boxes. Accessories and shoes will be boxed while handbags & large leather goods will be delivered in a MCM fabric bag for protection.

Receipt of the Order Confirmation email lets you know that your order is being processed. The Shipping Confirmation email tells you that your order has left the warehouse and is on its way to your shipping address.

An order may be cancelled until the shipping confirmation. To do so please get in touch with their customer service. Once the order has been cancelled, the reserved amount is released approximately within 48 hours.

All eligible full-priced items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the sole discretion of MCM. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults prior to being dispatched to customers. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact them immediately. Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

The refund will be processed to the credit/debit card or account originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider. Please note that if you have received a gift and would like to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund.
