Oakley currently has a $10 off storewide promo available via the promo code at the top of this page, and that code is best for small orders or items that are not included in any sale. If your purchase includes items that are explicitly marked down by the percentage deals below, those percentage discounts will usually give a bigger saving on higher value items.
Big orders with eligible sale items: If your cart is filled with items that are clearly marked as 50% off (prescription lenses, selected apparel or sunglasses in the up to 50% sale), use the site marked price rather than the $10 off code. For example, on a $120 order that is entirely eligible for 50% off, the discount is 50% percent, so the final price is $60 and you save $60. That beats the $10 off coupon.
Mid sized custom or personalized purchases: For custom sunglasses or a personalized pair that are included in the 20% off or 20% off personalized pair offers, the percentage is usually stronger than $10 once your subtotal is over $50. On a $250 custom sunglasses order, for example, the 20% off discount reduces $250 by 20% to $200, a $50 saving, which is larger than $10. The 20% discounts are shown in the price for included products.
Prescription sunglasses and lenses: Prescription sunglasses lenses listed as 50% off apply their price reductions on marked items and also can give free shipping when your order reaches $50 for that specific promotion. If you have prescription lenses that are flagged at 50% off, those marked prices will typically save you more than the $10 code on higher price lenses.
Small carts under $50 or non sale items: If your order is small, or contains items that are not included in any sale, the $10 off promo code at the top of the page is a simple way to save. On a $40 purchase that is not eligible for any percent sale, the $10 off coupon takes $10 off, leaving $30 to pay and a $10 saving.
Very low price accessories and gift cards: If you are buying an accessory priced at $10 from the outdoor accessories selection, or a $25 gift card, the $10 coupon still reduces the total directly but will not combine with marked sale prices if the product is already reduced.
When choosing, calculate the total you would pay under each applicable offer and take whichever leaves you with the lower final price. Note that the $10 off storewide promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, so you must pick either the promo code or a marked percentage deal, not both.
