By accessing the reserved area in the Orders section and clicking on each order, you can view the assigned waybill number. Please enter this number directly on the courier website to monitor the progress of the order.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday and after payment has been made. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Domestic shipments usually take 24-48 hours to be delivered.
International shipments usually take 3β5 business days to be delivered.
Deliveries to Russia usually take 8β10 business days.
The Customer shall ship the return within fourteen days upon receiving the shipping label. The products should be returned in the same condition in which the Customer received them using the original packaging or, if the box was damaged, a similar one of adequate size and strength to ensure a safe transit. You are advised to obtain and retain proof of postage until after your refund has been processed.
Refunds will be issued on the paying method originally used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise beforehand.
